BOOKING

All bookings are confirmed and contracts are deemed concluded in Arusha, Tanzania, and are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Kilifind Adventure Safari reserves the right to decline any booking without providing a reason.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking. This deposit is part of the total tour cost.

Full payment must be made at least four (4) weeks before departure. If not, the booking may be treated as cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Bookings made within four (4) weeks of departure require full payment immediately.

All bank and transaction charges are the responsibility of the client or agent. The full invoice amount must be received in our account.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS

Any changes to a booking (dates, participants, accommodation, flights, etc.) incur a handling fee of USD 50, in addition to any charges by service providers.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are effective from the date received by our office. The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation fees:

More than 4 weeks prior: 30%

4–2 weeks prior: 50%

2–1 weeks prior: 75%

Less than 1 week: 100%

The company may cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, all payments will be refunded, and no further claims can be made.

PASSPORTS, VISAS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Clients are responsible for ensuring all passports, visas, health certificates, vaccinations, and other required travel documents are valid. The company is not liable for any consequences if the documentation is incomplete or invalid.

LUGGAGE

Clients are responsible for their own luggage and personal items. Kilifind Adventure Safari does not accept liability for loss or damage.

Each client may bring one bag up to 15 kg (backpack or soft bag) and a daypack.

Excess baggage may be refused, and different rules may apply on trekking tours or bush flights.

RISK

All tours are adventurous and involve personal risk. Kilifind Adventure Safari and its agents are not liable for injury, death, or property damage. Clients accept full responsibility and indemnify the company against any claims.

AUTHORITY ON TOUR

Guides and drivers have final authority during the tour. Clients must follow local laws, customs, and regulations at all times.

MARKETING

Kilifind Adventure Safari may use photos and videos from tours for marketing purposes. By joining a tour, clients consent to their use, with copyright retained by the company.

PRICE CHANGES

Tour prices are based on current park fees and taxes. Any future increases in fees or taxes may be passed on to clients.
